    The service was fine. The reason for my rating is that I was told that my first complementary scheduled service had expired and therefore I could either use my second complementary service or pay for this one (the car came with three complementary scheduled services: the first is an oil change and tire rotation, but the second and third expand on what’s included). I explained that my “service soon” alert message just came on days before bringing the car in (the vehicle has @ 6,800 miles), so how could it have expired? I was then told that my first service must be used within one year. Why, exactly? Is it a contest? It seems like a trivial thing to do, considering that you risk alienating a repeat customer. (This is my third VW since 2006.)

    My appointment was at 10:30 am, and I was about 5-10 mins. late. Everything was completed around 1:00 pm -1:15 pm. I did not have a probably waiting. I'm just glad they took good care of me. Always excellent service. Thank you Volkswagen family.
