Had major work done due to a defect. My only complaint is how long it took was told 2 weeks then it was almost 1 month, I understand parts and labor so I’m ok with it would have appreciated a few heads up calls/ emails about the update but overall I’m glad it’s fixed fingers crossed

This was my second attempt to get an oil change with Service express. I expected they would be able to code read my check engine light so I could schedule an appt to complete that and some open recalls for my vehicle. I brought it in a 3:30 but apparently that was not enough time floor them to do a code read. I scheduled my vehicle for the open recalls but apparently the first available date for this was 2/25 almost two and a half weeks later
