    I was told when I leased my vehicle that the maintenance on the car was free of charge because Volkswagen takes care of their vehicles. When I took my car into be serviced, I was told that I will be charged for the oil change and tire rotation. The maintenance on the vehicle was only covered up to 30,000 miles. I was lied to by the salesman who leased me my vehicle. I am very unhappy about this and I am going to file a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

    The employees behind the repair desk were wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. After fixing other id4 software recalls, if you would run through things to see that everything is ready to go. For me, the navigation typing seemed to be in a nordic type of alphabet. Also, I wasn't able to start the heater; one of the employees had to come out and press a button on the control panel, to get it to where the heat buttons are ready to be used. Lastly, if the car can be charged up to 80% for pick-up that would be a plus. And I totally get that we've been having freezing temps, but there was so much snow/ice under my windshield wipers, that washer fluid was only coming out the right side. So it's just the little touches that would have been helpful, especially since it's been about a six month wait for VW to come up with the software fix.

    Everything about the experience was timely and efficient and helpful. I appreciate the help I had a KGVW, especially when I requested a loaner vehicle without the knowledge that I needed to reserve one, as I did not know the process. Jasmine was able to help me with this issue and I was able to have a vehicle during the time my car was in the shop
