Had a frustrating problem with my Atlas - the service writers and manager were very helpful and patient and ultimately worked out the problem. They went out of their way to help and made a bad situation one that ultimately became ok. Thanks guys. Great job.

Car was kept in the shop for close to two weeks. No complaints there as I was told parts had to be ordered. I did have to follow up several times to inquire about the status and if it was ready for pickup. Would be told that it would be ready on a specific date and I never received a call telling me it was or was not ready. I would have to call only to be told that it wasn’t ready. The day that it was ready no one followed up with me which prompted me to place a call towards the end of the day where I was told that yes you can pick up. Just would have appreciate a little more communication, but overall I am pleased with the service. Staff was friendly.
